The database contains observations of different large herbivore species, used for grazing management. more
The database contains observations of different large herbivore species, used for grazing management, in a wide range of extensively grazed nature reserves. Observations are time registrations of different kinds of behaviour (interaction with other individuals, sleeping, grazing,...) and habitat use, diet, track distance. These data are related to season, vegetation type, herbivore sex, animal condition, herd characteristics. Scope Keywords: Terrestrial, Diet, Grazing, Habitat use, Herbivores, Nature conservation, Belgium, Belgian Coast, Belgium: Flanders, Plantae Temporal coverage
From 3 August 1998 on [In Progress] Taxonomic coverage
