Description
The dataset contains information on abiotic parameters from Bay of Heraklion (Crete, Greece). Data include measurements from the water column and the sediment such as salinity, temperature, pH, oxygen concentration and Redox potential. Moreover, nutrient concentrations (NO2, NO3, NH4, PO4, SiO2) and sediment granulometry are included in the dataset. The samples were collected on October 2016 and July 2017 in the framework of JERICO-NEXT. Scope Themes: Geology - Geophysics - Sedimentation, Water composition, Water composition > Dissolved gases, Water composition > Nutrients Keywords: Marine/Coastal, Physicochemical properties, Greece, Crete Geographical coverage Greece, Crete [Marine Regions] Temporal coverage
