Metabarcoding data of multiple sample locations at IJmuiden Ver offshore wind farms 5 & 6 t=0 (before building the OWFs)

eDNA water and sediment samples were taken at multiple sample locations at future offshore wind farms areas IJmuiden Ver 5 and 6. These samples were used for metabarcoding using 12S (MiFish) primers for eDNA water samples and COI primers for sediment samples. Sequencing was performed using Oxford Nanopore sequencing.
