In the inner harbour of Oostende wave measurements are carried our at 6 locations. The main goal of this research is to determine the characteristics of long waves inside the harbour, such as wave frequency and wave height. Wave pressures are measured by pressure sensors and analysed. Water elevations are calculated from the water pressures using the linear wave theory.
