Deze permanente activiteit dient ter vervanging van 16_023. Het  betreft het bouwen van wiskundige modellen voor open water manoeuvres op basis van sleeptankresultaten. De kennisdeling omtrent het bouwen van wiskundige modellen wordt ook onder deze PA gebracht.
