Research activities include inter alia system approach to marketing, effectiveness of marketing activities, economic services theory, new conceptions of services marketing, organization of work processes and ergonomics, maintenance management of technical systems, organization of service processes and project management, use of information and knowledge in non-profit institutions (mainly universities) and in companies.
