Drafting in Dutch of the law and the explanatory memorandum of the draft law on the protection of the marine environment in the marine areas under Belgian jurisdiction
By instruction of the Ministry for Social Affairs, Health and Environment the drafting in Dutch of the law and the explanatory memorandum was made. This led to the law of 20 January 1999 which has been published in the "Belgisch Staatsblad/Moniteur Belge" on 12 March 1999.
