Regulated Rivers: Research and Management is an international journal dedicated to the promotion of interdisciplinary research concerned directly or indirectly with river management. River regulation is defined in the broadest sense to include the effects of major dams, weirs, canalization and water transfers. The journal is devoted to the rapid publication of scientific and technical papers on biological, ecological, engineering and geographical aspects relating to both the developed and developing world.
