Description

In the framework of the Raversijde Living Lab project, the effect of ig waves and the research dike on the hydrodynamics and morphodynamics of the beach will be evaluated.

Continuous measurements of water level and waves are conducted at the Oostende tide gauge and wave buoys at Raversijde. Additionally, in-situ wave and current measurements are gathered using Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) sensors located on two frames. These detailed measurements contribute valuable insights into the dynamics of water level and waves in the studied locations.
