Abstract
    Records of the species in Norwegian waters are lidted. It is only found off the coast on rocky bottom and according to Dyer et al. estimates of abundance off Scotland based on underwater photography vary from 9-22/100 m2. Reasons for its distribution pattern are briefly discussed.
