Abstract
    This second volume of the seminar proceedings contain the country reports given at the seminar on the state-of-the-art in formulation and implementation of NFP's in different European countries broadly representing all different regions, as well as various institutional and societal structures in Europe. Not only due these country reports provide an overview on formulation and implementation of NFP's but they also allow for a unique insight into forest policy formation in various European countries in general
