Abstract
    In this paper we treat the fossil Buccinoidea from the Dutch beaches and estuaries. So far we have recognized 31 species. The last inventory from 1954 comprised 14 species. The taxonomic status of several of the groups, including dextral species of Neptunea as well as some of the columbellid species is in need of further investigation.
