Abstract
In deep Atlantic basins, four halacarid species were found, Halacarellus caecoides sp.nov., Halacarellus reticulatus sp.nov., Agaue corollata sp.nov., and Lohmannella falcata (Hodge). Halacarellus reticulatus was found in a haul from the continental slope in the Bay of Biscay at a depth of 805 m, Halacarellus caecoides lives in the sea of Norway at a depth of 2615 m, Agaue corollata at 2006-4223 m and Lohmannella falcata in 2538-2992 m. Halacarellus caecoides, Halacarellus reticulatus and Agaue corollata are described.
