Market consultation on innovative litter removal systems in coastal marinas

As part of the project "Innovative organisation of the collection and removal of floating waste in marinas along the coast" the Department of Economy, Science and Innovation (EWI) in cooperation with the Coastal Division (Agency for Maritime and Coastal Services, MOW) invite innovative companies for a market consultation on Tuesday 28 September (14-17h). The aim of this market consultation is to consider how floating and floating litter in coastal marinas can be tackled, preferably by means of autonomous and continuous litter removal systems.

The aim of the market consultation is to examine to what extent companies can offer adequate solutions for the needs and requirements, and how innovative, feasible (in terms of time, budget, development trajectory, etc.) and scalable these solutions are.

The outcome of the market consultation should enable the Coastal Division to have a suitable (innovative) solution for the stated need developed, tested and procured through a public tender.
