Two recently published species names appear to be junior subjective synonyms of valid names within the family Cancellariidae. Colubraria tchangsii Ma & Zhang, 2000, was misplaced as to the family, and is a synonym of Tritonoharpa beui Verhecken, 1997; and Trigonostoma damasoi Cossignani, 2015, is a synonym of Trigonostoma gofasi Verhecken, 2007.
