Abstract
    On September 30, 2016, the Flemish government approved the construction of the Flanders Maritime Laboratory. The construction of the Flanders Maritime Laboratory started on February 27, 2017. Among other installations, this laboratory will have a towing tank. The purpose of this document is to outline the design criteria of the towing carriage which will be used in the new towing tank.
