Description 1875 : Het eerste zeestation, in de volksmond de Débarcadaire genoemd
Rechts van het zeestation het Hotel DE HOOP en het WACHTHUIS waarin de loodsdienst gevestigd was.
Links van het zeestation het enige huis dat toen op de Visserskaai was gebouwd. Het was het Hotel NOUVEAU PASSAGE (thans STRAND HOTEL).
