MARCOBOLO - MARine COastal BiOdiversity Long-term Observations. Habitat suitability modelling workflow and data products

Archived data

Description

This dataset contains outputs from the habitat suitability modelling workflow developed for the MARCO-BOLO project and implemented in the LW-ERIC Virtual Research Environment (VRE). As part of MARCO-BOLO Task 5.1.2, the model was designed to predict monthly and decadal habitat suitability for four marine mammal species: harbour porpoise, harbour seal, common dolphin, and bottlenose dolphin. The workflow was integrated into the LW-ERIC VRE, where users can run the model by specifying a small set of input parameters. This dataset was generated using the following parameters: AphiaID, start date, and end date.
