SoundLib will develop a cost-effective, flexible and scalable prototype and data architecture for an open library where individual annotated sound segments from the marine environment are made available. A strategy for collecting sound events will be defines and AI methods will be investigated for automatic processing of sound signals. Additional field measurements will be conducted on specific sound sources to feed into the underwater library.
