EMODnet aims to develop a system to make marine data available in support of scientists, policy makers and other end-users, within the framework of the new European maritime policy. A portal is developed for chemical data. VLIZ participates in this project that is co-ordinated by the Italian National Institute of Oceanography and Experimental Geophysics (OGS).
