Ten new bathyl and abyssal species of the genera Phallodrilus and Bathydrilus (subfamily Phallodrilinae), collected during some French (BIO-GAS) and American (CHAIN, KNORR, ATLANTIS II) oceanographic cruises, are described. Notes on the geographical distribution and morphology of some other species are given.
