Macrobenthos monitoring in function of aggregate extraction activities. The samples were taken following a impact/control design at the locations were aggregate extraction is expected or occur. meer

Sampling area: Aggregate extraction zones in the Belgian Part of the North sea Sampling frequency: The sampling events are mainly in autumn and depending on the research needs also in spring or another moment. Sampling at each zone is done yearly or in a cyclus of once in three years, depending on intensity of the extraction activity
